Tuesday dinner with Josh and his family. They had burgers, sweet potato fries(yum), crackle cookies and we had hot wings. Guess we both missed Cinco de Mayo! I need to pay more attention to dates. Tonight we learned about Lego creations, ordinary items aren't necessarily what we thought they were, and floating heads! What a great way to spend the evening! Masks are required in Boston and I am so proud of my 2 masked bandits for sewing their own masks.
Dinner even got rid of my grumpy mood. Today was a "fun" day, dishes, vacuuming, mopping, dog bath and let's see....no, that pretty much sums it up!
We set up doctor apps. for next Mon. It will take up most of the day. Krikkit will be happy to visit her old kennel for that day and they are happy to get to see her again. I'm going to yet another orthopedist, recommended by my doctor. He specializes in "hips" which no one has looked at yet. I hope he has suggestions. A year and a half ago I was averaging around 18,000 steps a day to 2,000 a day now, if I'm lucky.
And yes, the kids are getting so big. Grandkids seem to grow up faster than our own did!
ReplyDeleteWho was your doctor? You can email me his name under contacts above if you'd rather. I'm really not sure its the hip. Everyone has brushed that off but after my knee surgery I did have a big face-plant fall where I twisted my ankle. Wondered if I hurt something else then. This guy lists the outpatient anterior approach although that may be more for arthritis than injury? We'll see what happens.
